My core values include...

Contribute to an environment of love, truth and respect

  • Deepening our relationships to ourselves, others and the earth through presence of our divinity

  • Uplifting and supporting one another through the power of community

  • To celebrate, be creative, play and bask in the depth of life’s pleasures

I grew up deeply connected to play. Joy, imagination, movement, laughter — these were natural to me. I felt supported as I cultivated my creativity, celebrated by friends and family around me. But when I started to have sex, that creativity didn’t feel like it belonged. What I absorbed as a young woman was to be of service in the bedroom — how to please, how to be chosen, how to satisfy. My body became something to offer, not something to inhabit.

In my early twenties, I began a spiritual path through yoga and meditation. During my first 10-day silent Vipassana retreat, I discovered something startling: when I tried to scan my body, my awareness felt outside of it — as if I wasn’t fully inside myself. Over those ten days, I slowly cultivated sensation from within. It was powerful, intimate, and unfamiliar. I realized I had spent years disconnected from my own embodied experience. This was the beginning of me connecting to my deeper power .

I continued studying movement, yoga, meditation, and eventually Tantra, and began to reclaim sexuality as sacred — not for someone else, not performative, but a path to aliveness. Healing surfaced. So did power. At first I believed this path would be solemn and intense. What surprised me most was that the deepest liberation came through play.

Today, my work is devoted to helping women, men and couples move from performance into authentic presence. To choose yourself rather than wait to be chosen. To experience intimacy as mutual, embodied, and conscious. I believe eros — our erotic life force — is not separate from how we lead, create, or claim what we desire in the world.

Meet the Goddess within.
